Shipping Policy

At the point of purchase you are agreeing to Premium Sports Cards terms of service and all policies detailed on this page.

Premium Sports Cards is not liable for stolen, misplaced or lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered.

Tears, scuffs, and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors is completely normal and will not be grounds for returns or partial/full reimbursement. All products are sourced from official Canadian distributors of which we are in excellent standing along with the manufacturers of all sports and trading card games we offer.

If an order is shipped to a third-party company, freight forwarder or similar, Premium Sports Cards assumes no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from third-party services.

Premium Sports Cards is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for return or partial/full reimbursement as this is out of our control.

Premium Sports Cards is not responsible for customers entering incorrect or incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.

In Store Pick Up Policy

On average, in-store orders are typically ready within three (3) business days. You will receive a pickup notification email as soon as the order is ready. If more than three (3) days have passed and you have not received a notification after checking your junk/spam folders, please contact us and we will provide an explanation.

When picking up orders in store, please bring both your order number and a
piece of photo ID. We may decline to release an order if you do not have valid
ID with you.

Please make sure you provide the exact name shown on your ID when placing your order. If you have a different preferred name, you can include that as well, but please make sure that the name on your ID appears somewhere in the information you enter. If it makes things easier, you may include this information in the notes section instead of the name field.

If you wish to have someone pick an order up on your behalf, you can
provide their name in the notes section during checkout, or email
with their name and your order number. We will not be able to release an order to someone without proper authorization.

Please DO NOT give your ID to the person picking up the order. They will need to provide their own ID.

Pre-Order Policy

Cancellation and/or reduction in quantities of any pre-orders for trading card game sealed product, sports card products and other collectible or randomized card products will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on total order value. If a substitution is made or a store credit issued, to avoid the fee, all transactions tied to the substitution/credit are final sale. Release date delays, product allocations and other logistics, production or distribution factors out of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy. Orders placed that include multiples of the same item and are deemed for resale under speculative intentions will also be subject to the 10% processing fee at Ownerships discretion.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  If you have purchased sealed product and wish to return or exchange due to special circumstances, at the discretion of Ownership, please contact us at
